Sprylogics 79,682 shares for debt

2014-01-31 16:15 ET - Shares for Debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Sprylogics International Corp.'s proposal to issue 79,682 shares to settle outstanding debt for $44,621.54.

Creditors: two

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
