Thank you for your response Jojomarch. I have been a shareholder for about the same time and share many of your ideas about the company and management. I was not happy about the share consolidation and don't feel we have been given a proper explanation as to why the financing was contingent upon a 10-1 reverse split. I have been on the wrong end of similar financings and am frankly surprised the share price has held this level. I await further developments and in the meantime enjoy your posts. Good luck.
