Sprylogics Announces SDK Availability for Mobile App Monetization via Local Search

10/17/2013 02:00 PM ET

TORONTO, Oct. 17, 2013 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) -- Sprylogics' Poynt-Enabled SDK Provides an Easy Implementation Targeting
Any Mobile Developer

Sprylogics International Corp. ("Sprylogics") (TSXV: SPY), a technology provider of local mobile search and messaging solutions
for consumers and businesses is pleased to announce the general
availability of its SDK product, named Poynt-Enabled, and targeted at mobile app developers, over-the-top messaging
providers, and telecom carriers.

The Poynt-Enabled SDK adds the power of local search to a mobile or
messaging app. It can be implemented within hours to a few days, for a
standard implementation, and it can generate a new revenue stream for
the App provider via a revenue share with Sprylogics.

This release of the SDK is available for iOS and Android devices, and
includes innovative features such as a simple "swipe to share" action
to share anything with friends, and "smart links", which are
automatically detected links based on the user's search intent. This
product can integrate within an SMS or proprietary messaging stream,
and supports any client application (SMS, RCS, OTT, Vertical App), and
multi-protocol options (Gtalk, Facebook Messenger, own protocol).

Sprylogics aggregates a variety of popular sources of international and
multi-language content, across the most commonly used searched subjects
(video, restaurants, movies, coupons, events, businesses, people,
weather), and enables users to discover, view, discuss, share movies,
restaurants, videos, make reservations, find the lowest gas prices,
save with local offers, book events, add to their calendar, without
leaving the messaging or mobile app. The implementation is seamless for
the user experience and is adapted to the app's visual design.

"Following the Nimbuzz implementation, we are now making our SDK product
widely available to any mobile developer who would like to monetize
their application", said Marvin Igelman, CEO of Sprylogics. "Our
solution is catering to the strong consumer demand for improved search,
discovery and sharing within messaging and mobile apps, because users
don't want to leave the apps to search and share, while they are
messaging. With a Sprylogics Poynt-Enabled SDK implementation, any
mobile app provider can literally "turn on" a local search feature
inside their app, and start deriving a new revenue stream."

The implementation documentation is available by visiting the SDK Developers portal.
