When the russian came aboard with financing the amount wasn't that significant in light of the debt the company had and a burn rate of 200k/month. I was told that they were in the market to pick up a company that would put them over the top. I will assume that they meant Poynt. 6 million may be a drop in the bucket for some rich people but what I have noticed in my line of work is that the rich are the most concerned about money. So a 6 million $ hit may not affect them as much as you or me it still is a lot of money and unless they have a gambling habit they will be concerned if they lose it.
The share consolidation has reinforced my thoughts that this company is for real. If we just financed and no share consolidation I could easily have imagined a run to 20 cents, finance, then we would have been shorted into oblivion. It would have been easy to do with 290 million shares out. Now at 12 mil. soon to be 29 mil. the share structure is way too tight to establish an substantial short position. And also the sp is not that far away from funds actually being able to buy us. No consolidation and we would have been slapped around under $1 forever. I don't foresee us under $1 for very long.
