I think that the initial plans derailed in 2011 whem Igleman left Poynt. Probably a disagreement on how they should proceed. Maybe they wanted to merge Spy and Poynt back then but Osis thought different. It took till now to get that plan back on track. If you look at the presentation and their proof of concept page. They had Poynt incorporated with cluuz in Nov.2012. THe body was still warm. I think that things were planned to turn out the way they did . IMHO things are just getting interesting.

The consolidation of shares is really leading me to think that they are looking to moving to another exchange. Again,just an opinion. No facts to back this up.
