Was the consolidation in conjunction with/ a condition of financing? That along with the Poynt acquisition is our trump card. I think there is more to this consolidation than meets the eye. Why consolidate 270 million shares? This is not a ridiculous share count by any means. Something is in the works. Hopefully the company will provide clarity in short order.
