We've already established that if Spy does not follow through with a strong game plan we are essentially finnished. Zero will come quickly no matter the sp or O/S shares. How about if Spy starts firing on all cylinders? What happens then? Just being wildly speculative for awhile lets say we see a 10 bagger with Spy. If we are wallowing at 4 cents a 10 bagger gets us to 40 cents. Still a penny stock with a market cap of about 120 million, ripe for the shorting with 270 million shares out. Take us at a consolidated sp of 40 cents apply a 10bagger valuation and we are at a respectable $4 sp and a market cap of 120 million with only 27 million shares out. These are numbers of a respectable company that has the potential to move to a better respected exchange. Also, $4 would bring the attention of more funds.40 cents keeps us on the venture.

But first the vote has to pass.
