Lets assume they received 6 million for this placement just to keep the numbers easier to work with. That means they added 15 million shares to the float. Take the 20 million shares and 20 million warrants done on Jan 31-post conversion gives us 4 million. So from a possible 29 million shares it seems that 19 million are from people close to the company=65.5 % if anyone was wondering. Can't say for certain they are close to the company but one would assume so just by the manner in which the placements were done.

On SH the shares outstanding are at 111 million. 1 million more than in the last financials.Typo or did some of the warrants get exercised? Next financials don't come out till end of September.

Interesting that financing and Poynt deal all come to fruition at the end of our 2nd quarter.
