I was in a stock last year where the stock I was in was going to go to another company and the one I was in started to go up and I made more then 100% profit before the merger was to take place and the stock I was in decided not to go with the merger because they were doing ok on their own...there should be no reason why spy could go up now before the vote if people think this is a good company and will still be after the r/s...the r/s isn't because the company is on it's last legs...I've been in and out of a diamond stock which did a r/s to make it more attractive to investors and try to get away from the penny stock look...they are spending many millions now on getting their mine going and now have all the approvals from the government as well as the first nations people...I've made money on that one as well...I'm sure spy is still going forward on it's product and isn't sitting around waiting for Sept. to come...a lot can happen between now and then.
