No the 10 million will be adjusted to 1 million as far as I can tell. The Poynt deal is to close on July 31. The vote on the roll back is Sept 3. I believe that the shares given to Avenza and Int will be considered issued don't you think? one of the terms of escrow:

"the consolidation of the issued and outstanding shares of Sprylogics on a one (1) new share for ten (10) old share basis."
