In the 3 month period ended April 30, 2013, the Company remained focus on business development and

strategic deals surrounding the continual and growing interest in the Company’s search and messaging

solutions. In addition, it is evaluating and addressing the need for further financing during this fiscal year in order

to continue research and development and business development initiatives that are well underway.
