I thought they were going to close on the 30th. Wonder what came up to extend it 15 days.

More definitive language this time, " it has signed a definitive share purchase

agreement (the "Agreement") to acquire Poynt Inc ("Poynt"). Closing of
the acquisition is scheduled to occur on or before July 15,"

I wonder if they do have a sense of humor,albeit dark,and close it on July 8th.
