I believe that the advantage lays in the fact that some of the people holding onto their shares might read this and just decide to give up and tender. Whether the squeeze out process or the regulatory process would end up to Cliff's advantage is beyond my current understanding, but I do know that every additional share that goes to Cliffs is a victory. Even if a release like this only sways a couple million additional shares, then it is in their best interests to release the comments.
