For Cliffs, it is worth trying to get the 90%+ so that they can use the 'fast-track' dispositions of CBC Act to acquire the remaining shares. If not they will go with the squeeze-out provisions. It's daily business for securities attorneys! So KWG and their 'piggy-back' little spiders are just waiting the D-Day to file their dissension notice!
