So! Too late to tender, not willing to sell for less than the .19 cent offer, which they can withdraw as I understand, the only thing left is to bend over it seems! How they (BOD) can leave us in a situation like this is deplorable if not lacking fiduciary duty. I will have to just hold and wait for them have their way.
