For an interesting overview of legal issues, google "officer's feduciary duty to shareholders ontario"

The sites that come up refer not just to Ontario, but to rulings across Canada, including Supreme Court rulings.

Interesting.

If indeed, our interests are not being given due consideration, there are protections under law.
