if cliff gets enough votes to block the merger ,is it not one year before we can vote again ? if there is no vote and cliff backs out because conditions are not met,then couldn't the vote for a merger proceed. people have to remember that tendering your shares to cliffs does not mean that they have to buy them. in my opinion , cliff seems to want the right to cheat the small guy however it chooses.
