I hear quite a few different and varying opinions tonight.

Some say fight not over others OH WELL lick your wounds take the cash and go hunting for something else. Have we been well represented, have we got the best offer available given the current circumstances? could the board do more.. Was it really CLIFFS final offer or would they have come at us again?

Are there enough to keep fighting? I THink so

Are we disapointed? I think so

Are we prepared to vote no to the byout? I think a lot of us are!

Can it be stopped? YES but then what? Who will head the company?

How can we defeat cliffs at the board table?

I want nothing more then to stop this semi legal theft..

Any worable plan before the meeting to vote on this would be welcomed with open arms
