Shorty, sometimes the answer is just plain and easy, and not so complex. When that NR came out a few days ago where SPQ indicated that their BOD fought hard to get the .19 offer from Cliffs and announced at the same time that that offer was superior to KWG's, that was the ball game as far as I was concerned (at least in terms of knowing where management was coming out on this).

I thought we'd get .21, maybe .22, but this one's going to be over at .19, unless someone steps up with a larger offer. If this company is worth what many here think it is (.30, .50 or even 1.00), then that offer may well come, if not, it wont come.
