This is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth. Question: Did SPQ and KWG not get enough proxies for the amalgmation that NN felt it better to anti up to KWG and take Cliffs offer? Or is there something more coming? Has Neil sold us down the river? I have been a supporter of him all along. Has he let us all down? Many of you said he was just like FWR's CEO who was in it for himself - wasn't it $6,000,000 that Watson got? I'll not bash Neil until we hear more news, but from where I stand it doesn't look good - 19 cents for all we've been through!!Maybe there was something to the rumor after all that Cliffs was going to pull their offer and NN had to act. But what do I know. Like the rest of you, together we know nothing. We're kept in the dark. Well I still have all my shares in both KWG and SPQ but the question is: WHAT ARE THEY WORTH??

I waited all day and still didn't hear back from TD Webbroker management about the call late Wednesday.
