In view of the ongoing phone calls pushing the CLF 19c offer it seems the news does not relate to any initiative on CLFs part, whether a higher offer, including KWG and SPQ both in the offer, or withdrawing the offer early.

So we are down to a re-evaluation of KWG merger terms by SPQ (likely, since they halted before KWG)

another company stepping in with an offer

or news about one of the joint-venture caims
