Just got a CLFs phone call

Just got off the phone with someone 'calling on behalf of' CLF- He asked if I was aware of the offer @ 19cents & would I be tendering my SPQ shares?

I asked if it was now too late to tender my shares to their offer, because of the holidays - he replied 'there is still time'

Then he asked if I'd be voting in favour of the merger, I said 'probably as the offer stands'

He sounded quite disappointed and disheartened when he thanked me & hung up.
