I'm hoping the different timing is not the result of another of Cliffs ploys to offer the buyout to one company and if they don't take it immediately then to pass it on to the other. As I remember this was the way the first one was done.

If this is the case and the offer is not much better than what we have now, I hope the two companies stand firm and follow through with the Merger.
