and it will unless Cliffs ponies up!

They can't let this go in case another major would possibly come in and screw up their market for chromite. Cliffs has too much to lose. They won't be able to ship directly from Black Thor like Big Daddy will be able to do.

When TD Waterhouse phoned me today they told me there are a lot of pissed off former owners of FWR out there including me.
