I didn't get a call back from "Georgeson" (party calling on behalf of Cliffs). So I called again and asked the same question i.e: Why did they put out the ninth hour NR if they were withdrawing the the offer at 9 am on Friday. Different person said it was just a rumor so far and I wouldn't likely receive an answer until sometime tomorrow.
