Why wait for Friday morning?? Why announce it?? Why not just go ahead and withdraw the offer instantly.

Scare tactics.

Let them withdraw. There are other suitors I'm sure. Besides...we may not want any suitors after the merger. We'll get to $10 and beyond on our own.
