Neville: I wish I knew what it means. I can only think it is a scare tactic or perhaps they will make a bid for both SPQ/KWG. What I do know is that the person who told me there was a special meeting yesterday was in the know. Who was at the special meeting - he didn't say, and I only found out because he thought I was inquiring about it as if I knew, and all I wanted to know was about the status of my proxy vote. Sometimes one learns things just by keeping one's mouth shut!!

I wish I could give you more information than the above. We'll all have our own takes on what it means.I must check in and see what the stocks are doing.
