Congratulation to all SPQ shareholders, this is the most important news for both SPQ and KWG. Now the most important part for SPQ will be:

Proposed Business Combination implies a value to Spider shareholders of between C$160 - C$223 million, or C$0.24 - C$0.34 per Spider share (based on Spider's fully diluted ownership of the combined company).

Now is CLF move. Let see what they will do about it. Long time ago there were stockholders speaking about taking 30 Cents as first offer, now this offer will probably come. If CLF is fair then 35 Cents must be offered to say at least. But this valuation put support on our sp. Great story and waiting for CLF response, they can't play with us anymore, show me the Money$$$$
