What are you talking about? if i read correctly the value of KWG according to the releae is minimum .24to max .37 therefore if SPQ merges based on 1.3:1 you dont divide...you multiply

1.3X .24= .30c per spq share because for every SPQ you get 1.3 new KWG? please corrcect me if I am wrong It makes a huge dirrerence
