I really believe that CLF is trying to confuse the SPQ shareholder on purpose...Why is CLF sending out proxy ballots to SPQ shareholders to vote for or against the SPQ/KWG amalgamation...That is none of their business..I have sent 2 emails to SPQ posing the same question..But they do not reply...My understanding is, to discard the yellow proxy as it is from CLF...Vote the white proxy as it is from SPQ... Regards & GLTA..R R...Really wish SPQ would put something out to clarify all of this...
