That is a nice little chunk of shares (210k) from 2 small time retail investors for the merger. IMHO the merger goes thru. Retail shot down 2 RS and will approve the merger. Cliffs needs to offer more if they want to get this thing done.

To all share holders who might be big or small go vote. There are alot of people who have 30k shares they bought on a whim or with some "extra" cash. It all adds up.
