KWG has until July 6th to make a counter offer, or prove that the current one is superior. The SGM is July 8th. So only 2 days apart!

I can see that KWG will not make a move until the last minute. It is possible that on July 7th they will announce a much better offer, or reveal a card that will suprise us all in a good way, and prove that their current offer is much superior to the 19 cents, valuation perhaps?

I can also even see/hope that at the same time they will announce that Mineralfields has flopped and that they now support the amalgamation, based on this new (hypothetical for now) offer!

Surprise Cliffs! haha! POW! Wouldn't that be nice.. !

I believe this to be a realistic possibility.
