To answer your question, yes. Same as buying any stock. If you buy GNH today and it triples in the next couple of weeks you sell for the going price. That is how the stock market works. (GNH has gone from around .19 cents to .70 cents in a very short while). You can either sell it or hold it hoping for bigger gains.
