I'm hoping Monday will see a response from Neil giving us a little insight on the work that's been going on behind the scenes.
Like many have suggested a confirmation of what the valuation has yielded would be of great interest to shareholders. The basis for management's opinion on the offer I would suggest.
If there is another deal in the works I expect it will materialize on Monday or Tuesday.
As for Joe Dwek I think they likely received a premium over the offer for their shares, but it's just speculation on my part. We'll never know the answer as they only have to disclose the selling price and not any remuneration they may have earned on sale of an option or other accomodation between themselves and Cliffs.
So a wait and see attitude is the route I'm taking Monday. I don't think this thing is over yet. I hold KWG shares so as such I hope to see the deal take on some fresh energy and direction this week.
Voting for the merger regardless of the day to day news.
