Alright, time to get off my duff. I have less than a million shares between KWG & SPQ (split almost equally), but mine are voting for the merger.

Enough inaction. This is our money, and we are best able to protect it by forcing the merger. As stated, the price is irrelevant. I would say that everyone needs to remember this simple phrase:

"Divided We Conquer"

Therefore,

Undivided = Unconquered

(Sorry for the inappropriate grammar there, but it seems like a better slogan than "not conquered").

After the merger, we can focus on the real challenge: selling our shares of the new combined KWG to Cliffs at an appropriate price.
