Is anyone up to speed on the possible valuation of Fancamp?

I own it only for its land position...not much else so far, but wondered if anyone can explain how FNC is trading in the .40 cent range compared to SPQ and or KWG.

I will post this on the FNC board as well, maybe someone there may have something concrete that I am missing...
