it's a good psyche job when you hear them say they've sewn up spq's largest shareholder, having 13.7%. looks like they just want me to quit as there's no hope.

and then they mention that the bod of spq has now sided with them.

i always feel they think we've just fallen off a turnip truck, the way they treat all obstacles in their way.

i'm thinking that from 13.7% to 50.1% is a long way to go. and maybe it's too far for them to go but always attack so the enemy(turnip truck people like me), think any retaliation is fruitless.

would like to see something from spq bod on sunday or monday, and would like to see a valuation. if it's .19c then i guess i'll have to go with that price. but i will fall back to the merger and hope it prevails.

if the valuation comes out a lot higher then cliffs will have to meet that price.
