Support could mean many things. I would suggest they paid a hefty price to Mineral Fields for an Option. That's the only way they can make such a statement and guaranty the other party doesn't back out.

So could be a strike of 19 cents, but anyone's guess what they paid for the option.

Just a guess on my part.
