Why is everyone assuming that the offer will be some "slight superior offer"?

SPQ and KWG have been working on their valuation for some time now, and they may be ready to let us know. If that is the case, we could be told that our fair market value would be about $0.50 a share. Could be less, could be much more.

Such a statement, when combined with KWG issuing us 1.21 (or so), makes it a much better offer than Cliffs, and it could be the death toll for Cliff's buyout attempt.

Of course, we won't know until Monday. Cliff will have to keep lawyers on retainer this weekend. Wonder what that and all the circulars they are printing is costing them... Should have offered us the real money up front, as Novak suggested.
