It's all BS, guys, and I think the poster knows it.

It was common knowledge at the time. Joe Dwek did an internal transfer mainly to facilitate the participation in the Flo thru Private placement that was taking place. I knew about it and so did most others that were participating in that PP. That was then, this is now.
