Excellent logic if the merger was a sure thing. I'm not sure the vote is in the bag for a merger. Our largest shareholder has increased their position and although I believe planning to vote for the merger........... .

Joe Dwek could be the spoiler here and in the end sell an option to Cliffs. Say a double or a triple on today’s price. In this investment racket it is all about the dollar and often very interesting to watch the various scenarios play out. Those we've thought of those that we haven't. Marriage and divorce quicker than a Hollywood soap opera.
