It looks like any valuation specific to SPQ/KWG will only come from the paid help hired to determine same. I guess during a takeover this information is strickley confidential until such time is required to use should the take out price be lower then its worth. So similar to a good old poker game why show your cards until it is required. I am not sure if our BOD know's what a good valuation is as they are not really telegraphing or letting out what is a good value, but both players are strategizing to win the game. The pot is BidDaddy and lets hope our final offer surpasses its value.
