Don't kid yourself, MD. Neil and company want this deal with CLF to happen, just not at the present price. At every turn this takes over the next 2 weeks, they will take every opportunity they can to kick it up a notch. The present concensus seems to be there will be 2 more flip/flops between KWG and CLF, but if they can squeeze one extra in, I am sure they will do their best to make it happen.

The thing everyone seems to miss is that wherever these back and forth moves gets us to, whether it is .22, .28, .30 or higher, if we are not satisfied with it on the 8th of July, it isn't going to happen. You can bet your boots that CLF knows that if they can't get SPQ by that time, they sure won't get the combined entity anywhere near the same price. They will pay whatever it takes to get us, they just don't want to pay any more than they have to, which is reasonable. If we understand that, it tends to remove some of the anxieties involved.
