Suggestion... if we want the desired outcome, then the focus and the thread or title should reflect that ...not what we don't want...get everyone thinking of the desired outcome...example "Merger...only way to go" or "Desired Target SP $1.00" ...no matter what path lays itself down to get there, it's more important to focus on what we want, not what we don't want...reasoning = we don't know how this will pan out, but we do know the desired outcome and its many variations...let's quantify it and attract it.

It might happen that CLF decides to stay the course (short term), wait it out to see what happens and if any other buyers come around. (because they can probably duke it out in a bidding war with most of them if need be). That would then put us in a position where we discover more and more about the asset (drilling), obtain the valuation(s), vote the amalgamation "in" and witness a gradual increase in the SP because of greater attention drawn to the ROF as well as increasing awareness about this particular asset.

I totally agree with you that we can do more with the thread or title...it would also create momentum with the readers who don't have time to read all the posts.
