Gleeglee yourself and a large number of others are likely better informed and more risk tolerant than many others. If it is a swap for Cliffs shares, many would jump on the opportunity. Some made good money on this with the FWR deal. If the deal proposed by KWG includes a share swap and no cash. I will bet many shareholders will take a lesser cash offer from Cliffs.

The saying "Cash is King" always rings true. KWG is a junior exploration company and if the amalgamation goes through there will have to be a great deal more done to either bring the project to production or yet again market the project or the company to a buyer or investor.

Cliffs shares trade on the NYSE and KWG trade on the Venture Exchange. These are two very different marketplaces. Not birds of a feather.

Offered 25 cents cash or 27 cents worth of KWG shares I'll take the cash. "We'll see what the market says next week if we're lucky.

P.S.: Has any one seen an analysts review or recommendation on KWG with a target price in the last month or two? Funny thing for a company involved in one of the largest Chromium projects in North America.
