Expect an offer from Cliffs any time. They will not let KWG or Spider regain control of this game. One more offer soon to force KWG to show their hand. Then if KWG responds with a reasonable proposal they will make their final move a day or two before the July 8th meeting.

The game may not be over quite yet but it will get very serious. Most retail investors will take a cash offer over a share swap and Cliffs knows this.

The market knows it's "Hold'em or Fold'em time.
