Todays Buyers

I had a buy order in early this morning at .16 for 50,000 of SPQ and it never filled,yet I see on L11 that the buyer for the most part for last half hour anyway was National Bank. All the trades were made at .16. National must have had a large buy order(s) in that prevented mine being filled. Could it be someon buying for Cliffs? I did not check the entire days trading.
