I was trying to get some insight from KWG via an email. They were timely in their response but as expected unable to fully answer the questions. Still I'm impressed with the fact the have a good line of communication open. Here are the questions and responses.

Q - Bruce are you in a position to confirm whether or not KWG will follow through with the valuation?
A - That matter is in the hands of the KWG Special Committee and at this moment we unfortunately have no additional information to pass on.
Q - Also I'm curious if any plans are taking shape with respect a Summer Drill Program?
A- The summer drill plans were almost finalized before the hostile manouvers from CLIFFS began. Our main focus for the moment is on the amalgamation with Spider. We'll provide an update on this subject ASAP.
