KWG WILL HAVE TO COME BACK TWICE...At 16.5 a counter to clfs will force cliff to go to 18c we will need something to force cliffs to the 20c range before the market wakes up.

Cliffs bid in the 20's will tell investors that Cliffs thinks strongly that this is a good deal. so institutions will buy in and force them up to the 30's that brings everything to a boil..nicely
