To answer your questions;
A. SPQ must ask the exchange to halt trading. They must give a reason for the halt, and if the exchange accepts that reasoning, THEY will order the halt.
B. An injunction would be the result of a court action for a reason. What would that reason be? The valuation request is no longer valid. CLF is indicating they don't want it, so one can assume it will probably result in a higher valuation than they anticipated. KWG will likely continue with it, but it will not be funded by CLF. The recent market action, as well as from now until July 8 is merely activity between the weak hands and the arbitrage players, and that bodes well for future increases in our SP.
